Dean Z The Ultimate Elvis Show Review by Elisha Conner

Branson's Best Brings the King to Life
Revealing the royalty of Elvis Presley is no walk in the park and it isn't achievable for just anyone. Elvis was a man of not only excellent showmanship, he held the perfect combination of a down to earth personality with a touch of class and revolutionary style.

A lot, and I mean thousands of men and women all over the world are giving their best to bring the King back to life onstage, but nobody does it like Dean Zeligman. Dean is the product of what happens when a child is not only loved properly and supported by his family, but he is the proof that determination, tenacity and God given talent can set you free and apart from the rest.
This professional performer has been swirling his hips since he could walk, talk and sing. His mother still carries pictures of him in his very first Elvis jumpsuit from before he was 6 years old. Nobody was destined to give tribute to Elvis Presley like Dean.
Last night was the opening performance for Dean 9 ...

It's Easy E To Buy a Home

Every first-time home buyer or a buyer who hasn't made a purchase in over a decade needs a reminder on how the home buying process works.
Approval
I highly recommend that you choose your real estate agent before you choose your lender so you can check with your real estate agent on what all the options are for lenders locally. Agents with established relationships with lenders trust each other long term in business for a reason. This means they know they are accurate and reliable through repeated transactional experiences. Once you get your Pre-Approval letter, you find out what your home buying budget is. If you think you qualify for more than you want to pay per month for your mortgage, this is important information to give your lender. Never go over your head, live within your means.
What Happens If I Am Not Approved?
Guess what? It's no big deal! I have witnessed buyers only require paying off one small debt to qualify while another buyer only needs 3 more months of check stubs9 ...

Today's Market Through the Eyes of a Buyer's Agent

Gone are the days of showing 28 homes over 3 days to a client because there just aren't 28 homes to show the same client anymore. People have been waiting for the market to crash since 2019 and although prices are started to modestly drop, they won't bottom out while the housing inventory continues to be so low.
In 2020, right after the pandemic lockdown, we thought that would be the end of our careers. Little did we know investors and buyers were going to come out of the wood work to make moves in real estate while the competition with other clientele was lower because of the pandemic induced lock downs. Because we carry a massive heart of integrity, empathy and ethics, it was painful to see so many buyers lose out on homes they needed because they couldn't compete with cash in a multiple offer situation.

We even started adding in escalation clauses. These were placed in the special agreements section of a sale contract stating that the buyer was willing to pay $1,000 over ...

A Real Estate Agent Story: Why I Got Into Real Estate

My name is Elisha Conner and I am a Buyer Specialist (agent) with the Crispin Team at Keller Williams Tri-Lakes. I also work in social media marketing so I am online often which exposes me to data such as where people are in life and where they want to be.

Through daily posts online, I witness the strong desire for success. There is an even stronger desire for more time with our families and the financial freedom we were created to experience.

With so many people experiencing change in their lives and careers it seems a door has opened that will not be shut. The door to your minds have been opened and you're ready to make the move to a place where the ceilings are already broken by those that came before you, paving a way for you to change your family's life.

Although hourly and salary positions can have a sense of security, we all know the day the door closes on a job, that security is immediately ripped away from you and sometimes without warning or time to plan for ...

Who Was Saint Patrick? The Origin of St. Patrick's Day | A Crispin Team Blog

Who Was Saint Patrick?
The Origin of St. Patrick's Day
Saint Patrick's Day celebrates Irish culture and heritage originally set up as a religious day of feasting in honor of the great, late Saint Patrick.
Before we celebrate tonight, do you know who St. Patrick was?
Most assume he was a leprechaun or an Irish man that drank green beer in pubs.
In fact, St. Patrick was quite the opposite. He was a patron saint of Ireland and a missionary.

Saint Patrick was not born Irish, but of Scottish decent. He was the grandson of a priest and the son of a deacon.
For many years of his life he spent his time as a missionary converting pagans to Christianity.
Today's celebration of this Irish holiday, in honor a Scottish man, has been associated with shamrocks.
What's the relation?
St. Patrick would use a 3-leaf clover (shamrock) to explain the Holy Trinity of God to the Irish unbelievers, the pagans. Today, superstition suggests the 4-leaf clover is a sign of good luck, faith, hope and lO ...
